Men and machines…..

Men say they are better machine operators, well, the power just went out at my house, the laptop I am typing this on is now running on battery, I’m typing this up on my word processor to be posted once the power is back on since they ALSO took out the phone cables, it was a guy steering the tractor to clean out the ditches with another guy directing him so he didn‘t hit anything, fat lot of good that did, the guy STILL hit the power pole (How on earth do you overlook a power pole when moving at low speeds when it‘s right in front of you?)………..

Not going to rant, but guys, do the world a favor: Those of you who know how to operate machinery, please teach the boneheads who can’t even steer a tractor in the straight line needed to clean out a ditch how to operate the dang tractor! Obviously these two guys don’t quite get it!

Wireless internet sucks……………………..

My fricking router is so unstable right now it’s not even funny (it’s an old POS, time to get a new one…..) I have net, go to click a link or refresh a page and, I swear, as soon as I hit that link or refresh that page, the net dies………..

I need to buy a new one though, this one has been so beat up, thrown around and abused it’s not even funny, then add it being an old POS to the mix and, yea, no wonder why it’s unstable……………….. Oh well, I ordered a new one online, just have to wait for it to come in, it’s gonna take about 2 weeks since they are currently backordered, but hey, at least in 2 weeks I’ll have a new router with longer range and, hopefully, a stable signal…

Now just watch, my luck, I’m gonna end up with a defective one…..
